Strategy asks us to choose a direction when the future is uncertain. Play gives people a way to test assumptions, notice consequences, and learn together. Our work combines strategic diagnosis with experiences that put ideas in motion, from advisory work to simulations and purposeful games.
The name is a reminder: taking the work seriously does not require taking every assumption for granted.
